Help Please!

I'm looking for a pretty duvet cover, my comforter is not the prettiest thing but she still is warm and comfy and all I need is something to cover the not so pretty but amazingly functional thing with.

I've google searched, I've looked on Crate and Barrel and CB2, I've searched Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters and Target and I have yet to find a duvet cover that I like.

I'm getting close to just making my own but I'm not all that great at sewing and then I would have to find the perfect fabric.

Such a daunting task it would seem.

I would like a mostly white cover (unless I make it myself) with a simple design. Some of the pictures above are inspiration but I either can't find exactly what is in the picture or if I can it's a little more than I want to spend. I would love to spend under $200 on this purchase and I want it to be something that will stay with me for a while.

I've thought about going the completely plain route but that just doesn't fit me anymore. I don't want just a white cover unless it has a good texture to it.

Where did you buy your bedding? Where can I find cute, basic stuff?
